You will receive an email confirmation of your reservation. That will serve as your receipt, so please retain it for your records.

Don’t forget to book your room at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. The NAEPC room rate is $279 (single / double occupancy) plus a $22 resort fee and applicable taxes and fees. A one-night deposit will be collected at the time of booking. Reservations for overnight accommodations should be made by Friday, September 19, 2025, on our reservations website or by calling 301-965-4000 and letting the reservationist know you are attending the NAEPC conference.
